Privacy Policy

How tisiver.com handles data: no accounts, no sign-up, and no direct collection of personal information.

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how the operator of tisiver.com (the "Service", "we") handles information when you use the Service. The short version: the Service has no user accounts, requires no sign-up, and does not ask you for personal information. The data involved in using the Service is limited to aggregate usage analytics, standard infrastructure logs, preferences stored locally in your browser, and the technical data your browser shares when it loads embedded third-party content such as charts and live market-data feeds.

Information we collect

Usage analytics (Google Analytics 4). We use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4"), a service of Google LLC, to understand aggregate usage of the Service — pages viewed, approximate location at country or region level, device and browser type, and how visitors interact with pages. GA4 sets cookies to distinguish visitors (see Cookies below). Google processes this data on our behalf; GA4 as configured does not log or store full IP addresses. For how Google processes data, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Infrastructure logs. Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) and backend cloud provider (Google Cloud) transiently process technical request data — IP address, user agent, request URL, and timestamp — in standard server logs used for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for short periods under the providers' default policies and are not used to profile visitors.

Third-party content and market-data connections. Some pages embed interactive charts from TradingView and open direct connections — including WebSockets — from your browser to the market-data endpoints of exchanges and trading venues such as Binance and Hyperliquid, to display live prices. When your browser loads these resources it necessarily shares your IP address and standard request metadata with those third parties, and embedded TradingView content may set its own cookies or use its own browser storage. Those third parties process this data under their own privacy policies.

Local preferences. Interface preferences such as theme and signal-weight settings are stored in your browser's local storage; they stay on your device and are not sent to our servers. Your language choice is part of the page URL rather than stored data, and some preferences (such as signal weights) can also be encoded into the page URL so that views can be shared or bookmarked.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Service itself sets cookies only for analytics. GA4 uses the following cookies: `_ga` (distinguishes visitors; expires after about 2 years) and `_ga_<container-id>` (keeps session state; expires after about 2 years). The Service sets no advertising cookies and performs no cross-site tracking. Embedded third-party content, such as TradingView charts, may set its own cookies or browser storage under the third party's own policies.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings — the Service works fully without them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with Google's browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Wallet features

If and when the Service offers wallet-connection or trading features, wallet interactions happen entirely in your browser: wallet addresses, private keys, and credentials are not sent to or stored on our servers. Transactions and related data flow directly between your browser and the third-party protocol you interact with, whose own privacy policy applies.

How we use information

We use analytics data to operate and improve the Service and to understand aggregate usage patterns, and infrastructure logs for security and reliability. We do not sell or rent any visitor data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not combine it to identify individual visitors.

Sharing

Data is processed by the service providers named above (Google, Cloudflare) as part of running the Service. In addition, when your browser loads embedded third-party content or connects directly to market-data endpoints (see Information we collect), those third parties receive your requests directly. Beyond that, we would disclose data only if required by law.

International transfers

The providers and third parties above may process data on servers outside your country of residence. Such processing is subject to the safeguards described in each provider's own privacy documentation.

Data retention

GA4 analytics data is retained under a limited retention period configured in Google Analytics, after which it is deleted or aggregated. Infrastructure logs are retained transiently under the providers' default policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of personal data about you. You can exercise them by contacting us at the address below. Please note that the analytics data we hold is pseudonymous — we generally cannot link it to a specific person, which can limit our ability to locate data about you specifically.

Children

The Service is not directed at children and is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
