These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of tisiver.com (the "Service"), operated by the site's individual operator ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is a free, informational dashboard that displays cryptocurrency market data together with rankings and signals generated by automated statistical and machine-learning models. It is provided for research and informational purposes only.
3. No investment advice
Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice. The Disclaimer published on the Service is part of these Terms and is incorporated into them by reference. Read it before using the Service.
4. Eligibility
The Service is not directed at minors. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Service; (b) send automated requests at a volume that degrades the Service for others; (c) misrepresent your affiliation with the Service or its operator; (d) use the Service in violation of applicable law; or (e) republish substantial portions of the Service's content in a way that misattributes its source.
6. Intellectual property
The Service's design, branding, and original content are the property of the operator. Third-party names and trademarks — including those of cryptocurrency exchanges — belong to their respective owners; their appearance on the Service does not imply endorsement or affiliation. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to view and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service displays data collected from third-party sources such as cryptocurrency exchanges, and may reference or link to third-party websites, protocols, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and a reference or link is not an endorsement. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
8. Wallet and trading features
The Service may from time to time offer features that let you connect a self-custodial wallet and interact with third-party trading protocols directly from your browser. When such features are available: we never take custody of your funds, private keys, or credentials; any keys or credentials involved are generated and stored locally in your browser; and all transactions occur directly between you and the third-party protocol, at your own risk and subject to that protocol's terms.
9. Availability and changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service — in whole or in part — at any time, without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including — without limitation — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. To the same extent, the operator's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service (the Service is free, so that amount is zero) or, where such a cap is not permitted, the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.

14. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the Service. These Terms are drafted in English. If a translation is ever provided for convenience, the English version controls in case of conflict.
